  • Coordinate daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Assist HR and management with documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with project teams for updates, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Support the team during client visits, presentations, and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience as an Office Coordinator, Admin, or similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with responsibility.
