
Office Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Assist HR and management with documentation and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with project teams for updates, reports, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital).
- Support the team during client visits, presentations, and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as an Office Coordinator, Admin, or similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with responsibility.
