Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry . The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL skills , experience working with data warehouses , and a sharp analytical mindset to drive business and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct stakeholder analysis and lead requirement gathering sessions to align with business priorities. Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the product lifecycle. Prepare detailed business and technical documentation. Collaborate with QA teams to define and support test strategies. Create and manage product backlog, sprint backlog, user stories, system diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Plan and execute change management strategies. Required Skills Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the P&C Insurance domain . Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis. Strong understanding of data modeling , data mapping , and internal system integration . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and a product mindset . Preferred Skills Familiarity with insurance processes including Claims Processing , Underwriting , Reinsurance , Billing , and Policy/Form Generation . Experience in Application Lifecycle Management . Knowledge of training material development and user documentation . Share your resume over
