We are a growing luxury, aspirational and invite-only brand at the intersection of travel x community. We are looking for a graphic & video designer who can contribute to our creative team.

What you'll do?TLDR; Create high impact thumb-stopping designs for our Creative & Communications Team - for socials, videos & ads. Great plus if you know how to write copy for brands.

The longer versionTravel is core to the Experience Co. business & our members are some of the dynamic professionals & talent in the country. Think Director @ Netflix, Design Lead at Meta, Emmy award winning artists, International Art Project founders and beyond.

As a Graphic & Video Designer at Experience Co. you will get a chance to work with a dynamic creative team that produces, curates & creates content across the world. You'll directly work with the Creative Strategist, the video team & the marketing team to contribute to projects from Iceland to Japan.

Your role will also extend to the communications team at Experience Co. where you will simplify travel for our high profile guests through design.

Key Responsibilities:MarketingCreate thumb-stopping video & graphic ads for gorgeous destinations across the world with finesse and sophistication for InstagramCreate youtube thumbnails that catch attentionCreate layouts for Instagram that can be re-purposed consistentlyDesign Emails to promote various experiences of Experience Co.Stay updated on design trends, particularly in digital advertising and social media, and integrate fresh ideas into your work to keep the brand innovative and relevant.CommunicationsCreate canva decks for customersCompress variety of information through design for different customer touchpoints

You’d be a great fit if youHave worked at a Creative Agency before or have delivered freelance projectsCan take your designs from the moodboard level to production level quicklyHave experience in creating static & video ads for InstagramUnderstand music, design and how can they be brought togetherCan wear a strong brand lens while being creativeHave strong sense of typography, layout, following brand guidelinesCan iterate, learn and improve your creative process iteratively
