The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in automation tools, quality assurance practices, and programming, with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Mandatory skills: Agentic AI, Python, QA Key Responsibilities: o Demonstrate strong prompting skills to effectively gather requirements and communicate with stakeholders during project discussions. o Conduct basic QA tasks to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. o Develop and maintain high-code automation solutions using Python (mandatory) to automate testing and other processes. o Engage with autonomous AI tools such as Lang Chain, Autogen, Crew AI, or custom agentic frameworks to enhance automation capabilities and improve workflows. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement best practices in quality assurance. Qualifications: o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. o Hands-on experience with autonomous AI tools such as Lang Chain, Autogen, Crew AI, or similar frameworks. o Strong prompting skills to facilitate effective communication and project requirements gathering. o Basic QA skills and understanding of software testing methodologies. o Expertise in Python is mandatory, with experience in developing automation scripts and tools. o Familiarity with Node.js is a plus. Preferred Skills: o Experience with high-code automation tools and frameworks. o Additional programming languages or automation frameworks knowledge is a plus.
