Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role primarily involves field sales activities, focusing on generating leads, acquiring new clients, and promoting our products/services directly to customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting field sales visits to potential clients to promote company products/services.
  • Identifying and prospecting new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
  • Providing product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market feedback.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the (specific industry/sector).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ experience in marketing or advertising.
  • Familiarity with (specific industry/sector) products/services.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
