Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admissions Coordinator to support our admissions process at the Ahmedabad branch. The ideal candidate will manage student inquiries, coordinate admissions activities, and ensure a smooth experience for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. Key Responsibilities: Handle student inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins. Guide prospective students through the admissions process and available programs. Maintain accurate records of applicants and admission status. Coordinate with the head office and faculty for scheduling and document verification. Assist in organizing local promotional or orientation events when required. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data entry). Prior experience in education, counseling, or admissions will be an asset. Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
