We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and strategic brand partnerships within our Influencer Marketing vertical. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and culture, someone who can sell the vision, shape high-impact collaborations, and unlock new business opportunities through creator-led storytelling.You won’t be managing campaign execution directly, we have got a stellar team for that. Your focus will be on strategic selling, relationship-building, and driving revenue through influencer activations across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Key Responsibilities- Lead business development efforts for influencer marketing, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure- Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders at brands and agencies- Identify growth opportunities and craft bespoke influencer-led campaign solutions- Stay ahead of creator trends, platform updates, and viral content formats- Collaborate with internal strategy, talent, and creative teams to develop compelling pitch decks and proposals- Negotiate high-value contracts and manage deal pipelines with precision- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetingsRequirements- 6-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or brand partnerships- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and scaling revenue through creator collaborations- Deep understanding of creator ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms like Snapchat, Moj, or Threads- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align creator content with brand objectives- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills- Experience working with agencies, media planners, and brand managers- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments
