Job Title: Automation QA Engineer III Location: Noida Work Mode: Hybrid Experience Required: 2 4 Years Role Overview We are seeking an Automation QA Engineer III who can independently drive quality engineering efforts across complex product workflows. This role requires strong testing fundamentals, hands-on QE experience, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive QE strategies , plans, and test approaches. Understand features and requirements by collaborating closely with development teams. Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test plans and test cases . Identify, log, validate, and track defects using JIRA . Ensure compliance with quality standards and recommended testing guidelines. Continuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and reporting mechanisms. Drive adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks . Collaborate with product managers to ensure clear alignment on quality metrics and goals. Monitor QE metrics and highlight risks early. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Work closely with customers (internal/external) to understand workflows and adapt quickly to feedback. Provide mentoring and support to team members as needed. Required Skills Mandate Skills 2 4 years of hands-on software testing experience Strong understanding of functional, performance, and security testing Experience writing test plans for end-to-end workflows Experience with JIRA and bug-reporting best practices Good analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to automation tools or scripting Experience working within Agile environments Test management suite experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
