We are seeking an experienced Project Lead in the Influencer Marketing Domain to design and execute comprehensive influencer campaigns that align with brand goals. The ideal candidate will be adept at full-funnel campaign planning, influencer selection, budget management, and performance analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences, deliver ROI, and set industry benchmarks for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Campaign Concept & Strategy
- Develop full-funnel influencer marketing strategies for specific categories.- Identify influencer for each campaign to target the right audience.- Craft core messages, creative approaches, and impactful storytelling that align with brand values and tone.- Ensure campaigns effectively communicate the brand’s unique selling proposition (USP).
B. Influencer Selection & Collaboration
- Research and identify influencers based on target demographics, brand synergy, and campaign goals.- Justify influencer selection with data-driven insights and category-specific alignment.- Build relationships with influencers and negotiate contracts.
C. Budgeting & Cost Analysis
- Create detailed campaign budgets, covering influencer fees, production costs, and paid amplification.- Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
D. Performance Metrics & Reporting
- Define clear KPIs to measure campaign success (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).- Establish a robust reporting structure for tracking and analyzing campaign performance.- Propose methods to measure ROI and provide insights post-campaign.
E. Post-Campaign Review
- Conduct comprehensive post-campaign analysis.- Present learnings, influencer performance insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
F. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing brief calls and campaign updates.- Actively participate in discussions to understand client goals and translate them into actionable campaign strategies.- Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
G. Business Development
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand service offerings for existing clients.- Collaborate with the business development team to onboard new clients and increase the agency’s clientele.- Develop proposals and pitch decks to showcase campaign ideas and services to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or related fields.- 4-6 years of experience in the influencer marketing industry.- Experience with managing teams.- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and digital trends.- Excellent analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling strategies and messages.- Proficiency in budget management and cost analysis.- Strong communication and negotiation skills for influencer collaborations.
