Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

- Develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using the MEARN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, React, Node.js) stack.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.


2. API Integration:

- Create and maintain server-side logic and integrate with front-end components.

- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.

- Implement data security and protection protocols.


3. Optimization and Maintenance:

- Ensure applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

- Maintain code integrity and organization.


4. Collaboration and Documentation:

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Write and maintain technical documentation.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.


Requirements:

1. Technical Skills:

- Proven experience as a MEARN Stack Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency with JavaScript and its frameworks, especially Angular, React, and Node.js.

- Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API integrations.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience with version control tools, such as Git.

2. Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Eagerness to learn new technologies and share knowledge with the team.


Qualifications:

- 4+ years experience as a MERN/MEAN Stack Developer or similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
