This role is tailor-made for someone passionate about delivering excellence from mouse-click to delivery, ensuring our products reach customers in Australia and beyond with utmost efficiency.Core ResponsibilitiesAs our Ecommerce Supply Chain Manager, your day-to-day will revolve around a myriad of critical tasks designed to enhance our end-to-end supply chain operations:Supply Chain Mastery: Devise and implement robust strategies covering everything from inventory optimization, cost minimization, and seamless product delivery.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily nuances, including order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and the returns process. Innovate operational policies for peak productivity.

Inventory Wizardry: Elevate our inventory management, ensuring accuracy, timely stock replenishment, and strategic inventory forecasting.

Warehouse and Fulfillment Solutions: Transform our warehouse operations into a model of efficiency, focusing on storage, order processing, and collaboration with logistics mavens.

Shipping Ingenuity: Craft and refine shipping strategies to shrink costs and beat the clock, keeping our customers smiling and satisfied.

Quality and Compliance: Embed quality and strict compliance within the DNA of our supply chain, ensuring product integrity and adherence to standards.

Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage analytics to pinpoint supply chain inefficiencies, setting the stage for data-informed enhancements.

Cross-functional Synergy: Bridge the gap between marketing, web development, product teams, and customer service, fostering a unified approach to fuel conversions, support product launches, and enhance customer experiences.

Innovative Inventory Solutions: Spearhead the development and maintenance of an inventory management system (IMS), utilizing CIN7 to streamline processes, paired with meticulous documentation and proactive inventory strategies.

Shopify Store Management: Oversee our Shopify front, ensuring its seamless operation, alongside crafting exceptional product pages and customer journeys.

Who You Are:You hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

You bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, with a rich background in ecommerce or consumer goods industries.

Analytical and problem-solving skills are your forte, and you possess a keen ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Your communication game is strong, complemented by an impressive knack for forging productive relationships across diverse teams.

Tackling logistics, understanding tariffs, and navigating both local and international shipping guidelines are well within your wheelhouse.

Leadership radiates from you, and you have a track record of driving change and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with supply chain management software, ERP systems, inventory financing, and managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs) sets you apart.

A visionary in inventory management, adept at using tools like CIN7 and maintaining eCommerce platforms such as Shopify.
