The Impact You’ll Make
Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line.
What You’ll Do
Able to understand various Product Life Cycle business process, Obsolescence management and part /assemblies impact analysis Drive engineering projects to address obsolescence gaps in sustaining products Ability to analyze business cases and financial impact Stakeholder management within the global organizations of the company Relevant experience in Engineering Change Management, Product Structuring and Configuration Management Able to understand individual part attributes and function as part of a larger equipment system Good Problem Solving and Analytical skills Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Working experience in SAP R3
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
OEM component selection Knowledge of Finance basics (Gross margin, ROI) Knowledge of Quick base development is an added advantage Project Management Knowledge of the Semiconductor Ecosystem, Production Control and Material Planning Have good general technical acumen to be able to converse intelligently with very technical people with ME, EE, RF, Material Science etc. background Working experience on MS Office, Project Planning tools

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
