Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct incoming inspection and testing of PCBs, semiconductor components, and raw materials to ensure they meet specified standards and technical requirements.
  • Perform semiconductor components verification on assembled PCB and verify component quality and identify defects.
  • Identify, document, and classify defects in PCBs and semiconductor components (e.g., soldering issues, misalignments, contamination, surface defects).
  • Conduct electrical and functional testing of PCBA & power supply card to assess performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards of PCBA such as IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610 and product specific requirements.
  • Maintain records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
  • Develop and update inspection criteria and quality assurance procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Generate detailed quality reports and provide feedback to SCM, engineering, and management teams.
  • Support team for inspection of Power product raw material & maintain the record.
  • Support supplier quality control and vendor qualification processes by ensuring incoming materials meet specifications.
  • Participate in effective implementation of IMS and organizational standard requirement in process.


Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in quality control/quality assurance within the PCB or semiconductor and Power product manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in inspecting and testing PCBs, semiconductor components, and electronic assemblies. Power Supply.
  • Knowledge of IPC and other relevant standards and familiar with (Electrostatic Discharge) protection practices
  • Knowledge of QC process and IMS (Integrated Management System).
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC), failure analysis, and root cause analysis.

Education Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
