The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills, an analytical mindset, and a solution-oriented approach. They should feel confident when speaking and leading conversations with stakeholders and while asking questions. Experience in the Asset Management or Legal Compliance domain is essential. Responsibilities: • Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. • Analyze business requirements and data sources to design and develop data solutions partnering with business and technology teams. • Develop and present comprehensive business solutions to stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business processes and systems. • Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards. • Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders at all levels. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications • Strong soft skills, including effective communication, active listening, and empathy. • Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems with a solution-oriented mindset. • Confidence in leading conversations and asking questions to gather necessary information. • Proven experience in the Asset Management or Legal Compliance domain. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
