Job Title: Group Product Manager/ Director of Product-Supply chainLocation: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Product Strategy:Define and lead the product roadmap for supply chain systems, including inventory management, demand forecasting, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery optimization.Align supply chain strategies with business goals, balancing cost, scalability, and customer experience.
Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, ensuring alignment across initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture.Drive accountability and ownership across the team for timely delivery and measurable impact.
Data-Driven Decision Making:Leverage analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain.Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of supply chain solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, operations, procurement, and data teams to execute projects with high-quality outcomes.Facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.
Process Optimization:Drive innovation in supply chain processes through automation, machine learning, and data-driven technologies.Evaluate and implement tools and platforms to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Risk Management:Anticipate and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, ensuring business continuity.
Qualifications:6+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in supply chain or logistics-focused roles.Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex cross-functional projects.Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making.Familiarity with supply chain management systems, forecasting models, and optimization algorithms.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in eCommerce, quick commerce, or related industries is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
