As a Senior Backend Developer at Ken Research, you'll lead the development of our backend infrastructure, shaping the foundation of our business intelligence platform. From architecting scalable RESTful APIs to optimizing database schemas, your role will be pivotal in ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Responsibilities:

  • Design and engineer scalable backend systems to support our business intelligence platform.
  • Develop robust RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications.
  • Create and optimize database schemas to facilitate efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Implement security best practices to safeguard backend systems and sensitive data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Python programming language
    • Django framework
    • AWS (Amazon Web Services)
    • MySQL
    • MongoDB
    • Nginx
    • Apache2 server
  • Familiarity with:
    • Frontend technologies like ReactJS (optional)
  • Solid grasp of software development best practices, including version control and testing methodologies.
