The idealcandidate must have experience and passion for Finance. The idealcandidate must be able to understand and identify business criticalKPIs guide and monitor growth rate vs burn rate should be able toAdvocate Develop and Design new processes coordinate with Customersand influence financial outcomes. Great with technology AdoptionGuide Developers for new financial workflows able to present andexplain technical concepts and products. Experience with TelehealthPreventive programs Experience cross functional collaboration withclinical physicians accountants and payors. A person should befamiliar with the current healthcare landscape regulations andupcoming reforms. This is 5 days onsite @Royal Oak MI position. Aperson should be willing to come and work from the office. KeyResponsibilities: FinancialOversight andManagement:
Establish and maintain financial control standards across allteams. Lead corporate financial managementactivities including P&L analysis cash flow managementforecasting debt and investment management.Conduct comprehensive financial risk analysis and developmitigation strategies. Develop and refinefinancial models to benchmark performance and guide futuredecisions.Audit and QualityAssurance: Manage and coordinaterigorous audit and quality assurance processes to ensure theaccuracy and integrity of financial data andreporting. Oversee the management offinancial metadata including customer retention patient churn rateand employee performancemetrics.
StrategicPlanning andCommunication:
Coordinate with RCM team Provide strategicfinancial guidance and advice to support corporatedecisionmaking. Effectively communicatefinancial insights and digital health business intricacies tostakeholders andinvestors.
RevenueCycle Management andOperations:
Guide and direct medical billing processes and revenue cyclemanagement activities. Collaborate withdevelopers to enhance the functionality and efficiency of internalfinancialsystems.
ReportingandAnalysis:
Deliver timely and accurate business reporting financial metricsand analysis. Monitor data trendstroubleshoot issues and develop actionable plans to addressfinancial challenges. Identify root causesof data discrepancies and implement corrective measures to ensuredataintegrity.
ProcessOptimization andAutomation:
Streamline financial processes and workflows to optimize keyperformance indicators. Lead efforts toautomate financial reporting and business processes drivingefficiency and accuracy. Plan and monitorgrowth and expenditure rates to support strategicdecisionmaking.
CollaborationandInnovation:
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across internaland external teams. Engage with businessleaders and crossfunctional teams to align financial goals andpriorities. Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance financial performance and operationaleffectiveness.Skills:
Proven success in strategic financial planning analysis anddecisionmaking in complex organizationalenvironments. Extensive experience infinancial reporting analysis modelling and auditmanagement. Exceptional analytical andproblemsolving skills capable of identifying trends assessing risksand developing innovative solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto effectively convey complex financial concepts tostakeholders. Proficiency in financialmanagement software and ERP systems with experience in systemimplementation and optimization. Strongleadership abilities demonstrated by the ability to build and leadhighperforming teams. Detailoriented with afocus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting andanalysis. Adaptability to fastpaced dynamicenvironments and effective management of competingpriorities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 810 Years years of progressive financial managementexperience including 2 years in a leadership role overseeingfinancial operations. Bachelor s degree inFinance Accounting Economics Business Administration or relatedfield required; Masters degree preferred.Professional certification such as CPA (Certified PublicAccountant) CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or equivalentstrongly preferred. Experience with Productor product services startup preferred. Preferred experience in the healthcare or digital healthindustry.
