Purpose - Why does this role exist?We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP BI Solution Architect for our Data & Analytics Practice.The person will work closely with business users, BAs, PMs and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis, design and development of quality technical solutions that are aligned with the business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards; and application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement, and also involved in complex support issues.
Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators).Lead the development of SAP BW4HANA and BO solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable.Design and implement data models, reports, and dashboards using SAP BW4HANA.Train and mentor other members of the team on SAP BW4HANA development best practices and techniques.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in BI and analyticsSupport and Maintain the Enterprise BW4HANA and BO PlatformAbility to work with large data landscapes.Excellent Project Management, Team Management, communication, interpersonal skills.
Decision making authority (Decisions expected).Project ManagementDecide data architecture/ data model depending upon the use case.
Educational Background and Work Experience.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similar degreeAt least 10+ years of experience in developing and rolling out SAP BW and BO Solutions for a large corporate environment.Strong knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, and report development using data visualization tool like BO, Qlik Sense and Power BIExperience with Python, SQL etc.Experience in SQL, NoSQL and other data warehousing technologiesExposure to data science and machine learning would be an added advantageExperience in leading and mentoring a team of developersSAP BW4HANA CertificationExperience in SAP Business Intelligence with strong fundamental knowledge on ERP Functional ModulesTechnical knowledge of SAP BI-BASIS & Functional knowledge of SAP ERP mainly in manufacturing domain, knowledge of ETL tools, SAP BW4/HANA.Strong understanding of LSA+ and LSA++ fundamentals.Strong Experience in Data extraction from SAP & Non-SAP Components, SD/ MM/FICO/PP/RDBMS.
