Position: CSR Consultant (Part Time)Type: Part-time (flexible hours)Location: Remote (preferred Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore) Travel: Not required – internal team will handle all meetings Reports to: Senior Manager – Public Health & Clinical ResearchRole Overview: The CSR Consultant will primarily focus on identifying CSR funding opportunities, initiating outreach, and setting up meetings with CSR heads, foundations, and corporate CSR teams. This is a part-time role aimed at strengthening Thermaissance’s CSR pipeline by ensuring consistent communication and follow-ups with potential CSR partners.Key Responsibilities ● Identify and map companies eligible for CSR funding. ● Build and maintain CSR outreach lists and partnership trackers. ● Conduct email and call outreach to CSR leaders to introduce Thermaissance. ● Set up meetings between CSR partners and Thermaissance senior leadership. ● Prepare brief notes before meetings and maintain follow-up documentation. ● Support in drafting basic concept notes and sharing existing proposal decks. ● Maintain Google Sheets / CRM for tracking conversations and next steps. ● Coordinate with internal teams for details required for outbound communication. ● Ensure timely follow-ups until meetings are confirmed.Required Skills & Qualifications ● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in social work, public health, development, management, or similar. ● 3–6 years of experience in CSR/NGO outreach, fundraising support, or partnership building. ● Strong communication skills (email + phone). ● Confident in approaching corporate CSR teams. ● Strong organisation and documentation skills. ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.What We Offer ● Flexible part-time structure. ● Impact-oriented role supporting neonatal care and public health. ● Performance-linked incentives for successful conversions.
