Role: Data Activity Monitoring (DAM) Engineers – L1 & L2Location: Chennai, IndiaEducation: BE / B.Tech / MCA in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer SciencePosition 1: DAM Engineer – L1Experience: 2 yearsBudget: ₹5.85 LPAKey Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day operations of Data Activity Monitoring tools.- Monitor database and application activity to identify anomalies or unauthorized access.- Assist in configuring and maintaining DAM policies and alerts.- Generate and analyze reports for security and compliance audits.- Collaborate with security and IT teams to address findings and incidents.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2 years of experience with any DAM tool (e.g., Imperva, IBM Guardium, Oracle Audit Vault, etc.).- Basic understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and network security concepts.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Position 2: DAM Engineer – L2 (Imperva Specialist)Experience: 5 yearsBudget: ₹11.45 LPAKey Responsibilities:- Lead implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Imperva DAM solutions.- Develop and fine-tune DAM policies, alerts, and monitoring dashboards.- Integrate DAM with SIEM and other enterprise security tools.- Conduct in-depth analysis of database activity to detect suspicious behavior.- Collaborate with security operations and compliance teams to ensure audit readiness.- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to security automation initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 5 years of hands-on experience with Imperva DAM (mandatory).- Strong understanding of database security, access control, and threat monitoring.- Familiarity with SIEM tools, scripting (Python/Shell), and SQL queries.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.--Kirti Rustagi
