Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Graduate Engineering Trainees/ Post Graduate Engineering Trainees with a strong interest in the Electric Vehicle Industry. The ideal candidates should have relevant project experience in the automotive space, showcasing their skills and knowledge in areas such as electrical/electronic systems, mechanical components, production processes, or related fields.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Participate in hands-on project work related to electric vehicles, under the guidance of experienced engineers and mentors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the design, development, and testing of electric vehicle components or systems.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support engineering initiatives and solve technical challenges in the e-mobility domain.
  • Assist in prototyping, troubleshooting, and optimizing electric vehicle systems to meet performance, efficiency, and safety requirements.
  • Learn and apply industry best practices, standards, and technologies relevant to electric vehicle design, manufacturing, and integration.
  • Communicate effectively and participate in team meetings, sharing insights, progress updates, and ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach to learning and development.


Qualifications :

  • Completed a B.Tech./B.E. or M.Tech./M.E. in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Production Engineering from a reputed Institute like IIT, NIT, IIIT, etc.
  • Demonstrated project experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry through coursework, competitions, hobby projects, or internships.
  • Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, mechanical components, manufacturing processes, or relevant areas within the automotive domain.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a desire to innovate and contribute to sustainable mobility solutions.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and learning agility to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
