PartnerwithHRcolleaguesandhiringmanagerstodevelopcreativerecruitmentstrategiesforopenpositionsandinanticipationoffutureworkforceplanningneeds. Planandexecutesuccessfulrecruitmenteventssupportingtargetedneedsoftheorganization(careerfairs, realisticjobpreviews,etc.). Identifyandutilizecreativesourcingmethodstodrivecandidateflow(socialmedia,jobboards,professionalassociations,networking,universities,etc.). SupportthedevelopmentofTAprogramsandidentifyrecommendationstocontinuouslyimprovetherecruitmentprocessesandtoolstoensureoptimalperformance Source, screen, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to integrate talent into the organisation, including managing sourcing of candidates and evaluation of candidate experience, skills, goals and competencies to determine best fit for role and organisation. Supportmulti-siterecruitmentenvironmentbyworkingwithhiringmanagersandcandidatesremotely(email,phone,Skype)aswellas in-person. Ensuresallpostingsfollowconsistentpractices. Reinforcesrecruitmentpoliciesregardingagencyrateschedulesandexpectations. Assistsinthedevelopmentandimplementationofcreativerecruitingprogramstoreduceagencydependency. Proactivelyandcreativelysourceandrecruitpassivecandidatestotargetstrongindustrytalent. MonitorsandrevisestheRecruitmentAgencyPSLtodeliverqualitycandidatesinatimeandcost-effectivemanner. Developandrefinerecruitmentmetricsandmonthlydashboardforrecruitmentinrespectivemarket(s). Developandembedemployerbrandinginsupportedcountry/countries. MustensurerecruitmentprocesscomplieswithSmith+Nephewpoliciesandfederalandstateguidelines,properdocumentation,andrecordkeepingismaintained. 100%complianceinuseofapplicanttrackingsystems. ProvideclearandconcisereportingtobusinessleadersandHRcolleaguesfortrackingprogressinsourcingcandidatesforcurrentaswellasanticipatedopenroles. Identifyactionplanswhereprogressinfillingrolesislackingandensurebusinessleadershaveclearunderstandingofmitigationplans. Foster and maintain strong internal relationships with HR colleagues and business leaders.Integrateanddeveloprecruitmentprocessestobestmeetthetacticalandstrategicneedsofthebusiness.
