Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Assistant Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with clients and team members, handling property inquiries, and overseeing transaction processes. Additional duties include preparing reports, assisting in marketing activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate-related software
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulatory requirements
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
