Job Description:
A cross-functional team of (number of team members) in the management and execution of ensuring on-time and within-budget project delivery.
Developed and implemented program management processes, resulting in a 15% increase in project efficiency and a 10% reduction in costs.
Established and maintained strong client relationships, resulting in a 20% increase in program revenue over (number of years).
Oversaw program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, consistently meeting or exceeding financial targets.
Implemented risk mitigation strategies, resulting in a 25% reduction in project risks and issues.
Core Areas of Expertise:
Outstanding project and program leader, able to coordinate and direct all phases of project-based efforts while managing, motivating and guiding teams.
Expertise in planning & implementing program /projects as per the time, budget, quality and work specifications
Strong communication skills with special focus on business & organizations communications to technical and nontechnical teams across delivery organization to build effective cross functional teams.
Strong experience in working with India, Europe, North American and APAC geographies.
Banking Domain experience, preferably Transaction Banking.
Managing large programs with revenue more than $10 Million in T&M side person from Services or Product Organisation managing big program with the revenue.
Excellent Stakeholder management skills up to CXO level both internally & externally.
Drive team for OTIF delivery and manage Risk, Risk Mitigation & Compliances.
Responsible for Growth , RPR and profitability as per Organisation guidelines
15-20 years of experience in Tier 1 Services Organisation , from strong Banking domain, delivery & customer expectations background

You will be working on initiatives to help our large Banking Customer base to bring our application to market while helping and working through Security, Resilience, Scalability and Performance requirements for both our in-house application as well as those of our customers. You will take part in RFP & PWT discussions to help our customers through their requirements.
