Role : Senior Data Engineer (Python/Scala) Work Mode : Work From Office (5 Days) Location : Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune Experience : 7+ Years Notice Period : Immediate / 15 Days Notice Period Responsibilities Work as part of a cross-disciplinary team alongside data engineers, software engineers, data scientists, data managers and business stakeholders. Architect, design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable data infrastructure to move, process, and serve data. Develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions for data integration, data management and data quality. Follow and advocate for software engineering best practices (technical design, reviews, unit testing, monitoring, alerting, version control, code review, documentation). Deploy secure, well-tested software compliant with privacy and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Ensure service reliability by applying site reliability engineering best practices, including on-call rotation for owned services and maintaining SLAs. Design, build, deploy, and maintain Infrastructure as Code and containerized deployments. Contribute actively to improving developer productivity and engineering efficiency. Qualifications (Essential) Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field. 7 12 years of deep, hands-on experience in designing, building, productionizing, and maintaining scalable data platforms and data products in complex environments. Strong development experience in Python, Scala, or Java/C#. Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark . Advanced SQL and strong database fundamentals. Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed data systems. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure . Strong knowledge across all stages of the data lifecycle. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead initiatives through technical influence. Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to new technologies and approaches.
