To strengthen our operations, we are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers & Support Executives who can handle driver onboarding, customer support, and ride-related queries with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities Call and explain app registration, documentation, and onboarding process to new and existing driver partners. Guide drivers on app features, ride acceptance, and earnings. Follow up with inactive drivers and encourage them to stay engaged. Handle inbound/outbound calls related to ride bookings, payments, and app usage. Resolve complaints, queries, and issues in a timely and courteous manner. Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team. Provide clear and accurate information to drivers and customers. Maintain a positive relationship to ensure driver and customer satisfaction. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / BPO / Ride-hailing industry . Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (Must) . Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, ride-hailing apps). Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
