- Consults with hiring managers to understand the roles to be filled and the profiles of ideal candidates.- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profiles before marketing.- Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.- Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Hiring manager contacts.- Managing the complete cycle of Bench Marketing.- Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our marketing capabilities.
