Job Title: Cyber & Cloud Security Lead

Experience Required: 5 to 10 years

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Cyber & Cloud Security Lead to spearhead our cloud and cyber security initiatives across multi-cloud environments. This role demands deep technical expertise across Google Cloud (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and AWS, coupled with a robust understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulatory compliance frameworks.

As a strategic and hands-on leader, you will design, implement, and manage comprehensive cloud security solutions, ensuring that our infrastructure, data, and operations are resilient against threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of secure architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices aligned with NIST, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS compliance standards.
  • Implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls and strategies across cloud platforms.
  • Design and monitor security controls including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and DLP solutions.
  • Oversee vulnerability assessment and penetration testing using industry-standard vulnerability scanners.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Respond to security incidents and conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
  • Stay up to date with emerging security threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide mentorship to junior security engineers and cloud architects.

Primary Skills Required:

  • Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Cybersecurity Expertise:
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Cloud-native security tools and practices
  • Risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Secondary Skills:

  • CI/CD pipeline security
  • Firewalls, IDS/IPS systems
  • SIEM (e.g., Splunk, Azure Sentinel) and DLP solutions
  • Vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Nessus)
  • Compliance frameworks: NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹110,000.00 per month
