Site Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to managing construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Monitor quality of work, materials, and workmanship.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct site inspections and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Assist in planning and execution of project schedules and resource allocation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹35,201.49 per month
