About the RoleThis is a technofunctional role where you bridge business requirements with Avaloq-based solutions. You’ll partner closely with architects, developers, testers, and business teams while driving end-to-end analysis, testing, and documentation.Key Responsibilities- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements- Support solution design in collaboration with architects and technology teams- Develop test cases, prepare test data, and assist across functional, regression, stress, and performance testing- Contribute to migration strategy and decommission planning for large transformation initiatives- Coordinate with stakeholders during dress rehearsals and cutover cycles- Build training materials and support cross-training activitiesMust-Have Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in business/technical analysis within banking, fintech, or consulting- Hands-on experience with Avaloq and its functional modules- Strong understanding of wealth and trust domain- Exposure to at least one major banking area:- Private Banking / Wealth Management- Client Lifecycle Management, Advisory, Portfolio Management- Risk Profiling, KYC/AML, Compliance- Trust & Asset Management, Fund Operations- Securities Trading & Treasury, Front-to-Back workflowsGood-to-Have- Experience in large transformation or migration projects- Experience creating end-user or training documentation- Background in regulatory or risk-related initiativesWhy Join Us- Work on high-impact banking and wealth transformation initiatives- Collaborate with strong cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders- Exposure to complex Avaloq modules and migration programs
