Role: Senior content Specialist
Experience: 8-12 Yrs.
Location: Bangalore
Qualifications:
• At least 8 to 12 years of agency experience or content writing, sales enablement, product marketing, or in a similar role, at an established B2B SaaS firm
• A masterful writer having strong editorial/proofreading capabilities with a proven track record showcased in a professional portfolio (Exposure to both internal and external communication is a plus)
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a good command of American English
• Experience in creating easily understood content from a complex, technical product suite
• Strong understanding of optimal multi-channel approach throughout the customer journey, including but not limited to social, digital, events, and content
• Should have experience working cross-functionally and across geographies to support overall marketing and business goals
• Capability to visualize content from a design production angle will be a valuable skill
• Expertise in MS Office and other content management systems will be an added advantage
• A specialization in B2B writing with a degree in English, journalism, mass communication, or media studies is preferred
Responsibilities and duties:
• Collaborate and manage external writers to deliver well-researched content that is factually accurate, informative, engaging, and error-free
• Edit, proofread, and analyze content to prepare well-structured drafts and publish quality assets including whitepaper, guides, e-books, research reports, thought leadership articles, etc .
• Audit the existing content repository (online and offline) for brand voice, relevance, and optimization
• Demonstrate advanced ability to track, analyze, and identify patterns for optimizing content based on data independently
• Team up with the design production team for the timely delivery of collaterals. This includes assets for the website, sales platforms, and content amplification campaigns
• Work across different teams (product, sales, customer success, event, communications, proposals, digital, and industry) to design and execute content plans
• Understand the competitive product differentiations and articulate them consistently across assets
