Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter cum Business Development Manager

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India (Onsite)

Position Type: Full-time (Working Hours: PST) (8:30 PM IST to 05:30 AM IST)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated US IT Bench Sales Recruiter cum Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing and sales, with a proven track record of success in placing consultants on project assignments, as well as driving business growth by bringing in new clients and fostering business relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with US clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Identify project opportunities by prospecting new clients and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Present consultants to clients for project opportunities, ensuring a strong match between consultant skills and client requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, including rates and duration of assignments.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and consultants, providing support and guidance throughout the interview process.
  • Facilitate the placement process from start to finish, including onboarding consultants onto client projects.
  • Provide ongoing support to consultants throughout their projects, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, including lead generation, client presentations, and proposal development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients, including networking events, industry conferences, and marketing campaigns.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on business development activities, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market trends.
  • Work PST hours to accommodate the time zone of our US clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT staffing and sales, with a focus on bench sales/recruiting and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in placing consultants on project assignments and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including technology trends and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and consultants.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Ceipal, Bullhorn, or Oorwin).
