Roles & Responsibilities:-

  1. Sales Incentive Verification

  2. Verify and process sales incentive claims for distributors, retailers, and staff, ensuring calculations are accurate, eligibility criteria are met, and all claims comply with the approved incentive schemes and supporting documentation requirements.

  3. Vendor Partner Sales Commission Verification

  4. Verify and process sales commission claims from vendor partners, ensuring accuracy of sales data, compliance with agreed commission terms, and submission of complete supporting documentation.

  5. Travel Claims Verification

  6. Verify and process employee travel claims submitted through the ZOHO Application and offline channels and ensure adherence to company policies and accurate documentation.

  7. Scheme incentive Credit Notes Acknowledgement Verification

  8. Cross-verify acknowledgements for credit notes issued under various sales schemes and promotional offers.

  9. Product Price Verification

  10. Verify and validate product prices across systems and documents, ensuring alignment with approved price lists, contractual terms, and applicable discounts or promotions.

Requirements

BCom/BBA Graduate, Male, with high-skill level of working on

Excel, Pivot, Power BI. Good communication in English, Kannada.

3/4 years experience in Accounts/Audit functions. Passion to excel

and pro-active team player.
