Skills
❖ B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required
❖ 8+ years of software development experience.
❖ Strong experience in developing software applications using JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Web
framework, Active MQ & Web services
❖ Good experience in unit testing using Junit
❖ Good experience in ant-scripting
❖ Strong database development skills and experience in SQL performance tuning
❖ Exceptional knowledge and proven experience with Object Oriented design and
development
❖ Strong problem-solving skills
❖ Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
❖ Strong quality orientation and customer focus
❖ Good team player with the ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced
environment
❖ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-inspired delivery methodology
❖ Experience working on AWS, GitHub, Jenkins & Dockers
Key Areas of Responsibility
❖ Design, develop, review and test software applications
❖ Participate in reviews of code, design, and requirement specifications to ensure feasibility
❖ Mentor and improve team's technical capabilities and establish best practices for software
development
❖ Work with customers to understand and fix specific problems that they face
❖ Work with various stakeholders to ensure the right software is built
❖ Provide regular updates on progress and delays encountered during development
❖ Delivery against release plans: Lead development of key features and fixing bugs.
❖ Collaboration with Support: Work closely with support, investigate and address customer's issues.
❖ Team Enablement: Mentor junior engineers and help accelerate work towards becoming a self-sustaining team
