Snap India has been a cornerstone of Snap’s growth since 2019. Snap has made significant investments in localizing the app and has successfully built a highly engaged Snapchatter community in India. We’re looking for a Lead, Talent Partnerships to join Snap Inc. based in Bangalore. In this full-time position, you will report directly to the Content and Partnership Head of Snap India. As a member of the Talent Partnerships team, you will mainly help oversee relationships with celebrities and content creators based in India, and also help our larger content organization hone its editorial perspective for localized content. Often you will be in the field, inspiring and motivating creators, and helping them to understand Snapchat in ways that help unlock their creativity. You will also collaborate with our local cross-functional business teams in India and the global Content & Partnerships teams.

What you’ll Do

Lead outreach, onboarding and relationship management of Creators, Public Figures & Publishers and develop innovative and high impact partnerships with them.

Work with partners to help them execute projects that make use of Snapchat in creative ways and help them achieve their business objectives on the platform.

Serve as an internal advocate within Snapchat for partners, including working with Sales, Comms and Marketing teams to drive product adoption and narrative building.

Define best practices, articulate and identify unique Snapchat differentiators to the creator community.

Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners.

Serve as a spokesperson for Snapchat.

Contribute to Snapchat’s editorial perspective in current events around entertainment, music, sports, lifestyle, and fashion.

Collaborate across product, engineering, user growth and other XFN teams to enable growth for partners in specific and the India business in general.

Minimum Qualifications

7-10 years experience working in a consumer facing business, in roles such as consumer marketing, business partnerships, content strategy or creator management.

Experience working with consumers and partners in regional language markets.

Experience using Snapchat and passion for growing its community in India and the world.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in consumer tech, especially digital content or video-first platforms, with a deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem and content across platforms.

Expertise in working independently and cross-functionally to drive multiple projects at the same time.

Ability to think strategically, research, and understand trends in order to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.

Strong program and project management skills - should be able to run and develop processes and rapidly scale initiatives.

Be a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong execution mindset - passionate about transforming ideas into impact.

Attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot and thrive in a time-sensitive, dynamic operating environment.

Experience in leveraging rolodex of industry and creator contacts to create business initiatives.

Firm command of communication and presentation skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for Snapchat.

Knowledge of and ability to communicate in at least one of the following regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam.

Strong editorial judgment and has deep knowledge of pop culture including the latest trends in entertainment, sports, lifestyle, and fashion.
