Job PurposeThis leadership role plays a pivotal role in driving significant sales growth for building materials within a designated cluster. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, achieving ambitious GMV and revenue targets, building a high-performing team, and fostering strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities & Support ActionsSales Growth & Order ManagementMonitor sales performance across your cluster and implement strategies to achieve assigned GMV and revenue targets.Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities for building materials.Oversee rsee efficient order processing through digital tools and ensure timely resolution of pre-order inquiries.Ensure efficient collection of all receivables from customer accounts within the cluster.Sales Leadership & StrategyDevelop and implement a cluster level sales strategy for construction materials, aligned with company-wide objectives.Set clear sales targets for your cluster and hold your team accountable for achieving them.Reruit, onboard, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship high-performing team of Relationship Managers.Data updating and process managementrsee the meticulous capture, entry, and update of all relevant customer data within the CRM system by the sales team. This includes ensuring timely meeting updates, accurate CX data management, and efficient handling of all inquiries.Customer Acquisition & Relationship ManagementOversee the development and execution of a strategic plan to identify and target retailers, wholesalers, contractors, and builders within the (Region/City) territory.Work collaboratively with your Relationship Managers to build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.Ensure effective customer onboarding and foster long-term client relationships across the cluster.Compliance & CollaborationEnsure adherence to all local regulations, company standards, and policies within your cluster.Foster strong collaboration across internal teams (operations, finance, logistics, category) to guarantee smooth order fulfilment and customer service.Qualifications & SkillsEducational background –MBA with 10+ years of experience Experience in Construction Industry & B2B Ecommerce (Building Material) industry is a plus.Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and query resolutions.Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion.Experience in financial aspects related to P&L. Strong digital literacy with proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales enablement.Building and leading teams.Proven people leadership skills. Leadership experience in handling large accounts in the e-commerce industry is required. Networking & Relationship Management - Should have a strong local network. Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
