Job Description:
·
Providing support for incorporation of Companies / LLP·
Providing Solution for conversion of private to public company, firm to LLP etc·
Maintaining Statutory Registers·
Review of Secretarial compliances·
Ensuring timely MCA Filings and Annual compliances of Companies and LLPs·
Providing Corporate Law Advisory·
Managing Legal documentationsSkill:·
Expertise in Corporate Law·
Proficient in latest updates in Companies Act·
Knowledge of legalities.·
Well-versed with Microsoft Office and MCA Portal·
Possess effective verbal and oral communication skills·
Attention to details·
Team Management -
To work as Team Leader, supervising staff assignments and being responsible for completion of task assigned.·
Client Handling Experience -
Remain in close communication with clients and provide them with effective resolutions to their requirements.
Remuneration: 4.5 – 4.8 LPA
