Project Manager (RemoteIndia)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager proficientin both Information Technology (IT) and NonIT projects with astrong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies. The idealcandidate will possess excellent communication skills and theability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teamsincluding Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and architects.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee IT and NonIT projects frominitiation to completion ensuring delivery within scope budget andschedule. Collaborate with CFOs and architectsto understand project requirements objectives andconstraints. Develop and maintain projectplans timelines and budgets in alignment with organizationalgoals. Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologiesto facilitate project execution including sprint planning backloggrooming and daily standups. Coordinate withstakeholders to prioritize tasks resolve conflicts and mitigaterisks. Monitor project progress identifypotential issues and implement corrective actions asneeded. Communicate project status milestonesand key deliverables to stakeholders and seniormanagement. Foster a culture of continuousimprovement by promoting Agile best practices and driving processenhancements. Mentor and coach team members onAgile principles and practices to enhance project efficiency andeffectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceEngineering Business Administration or a related field. Mastersdegree preferred.
- Proven experience as aProject Manager overseeing both IT and NonIT projects with aminimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strongunderstanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum Kanban andLean principles.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership negotiation and conflict resolutionskills.
- Ability to collaborate effectivelywith diverse teams and stakeholders including CFOs andarchitects.
- Exceptional communication skillsboth written and verbal with the ability to convey complex conceptsclearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in projectmanagement tools such as JIRA Trello or MicrosoftProject.
- Experience working in a fastpacedenvironment with changing priorities and tightdeadlines.
- Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities with a focus on delivering highqualitysolutions that meet business objectives.
