Our events also include influencers, UGC content creators, performances, and workshops, supported by comprehensive 360-degree online and offline marketing strategies.Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Arabic and English and will bring a wealth of experience in event marketing, brand promotion, and strategic planning. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong ability to manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and attendance.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for events, festivals, and pop-ups.- Coordinate with homegrown brands, SMEs, food trucks, and entertainment providers to create appealing and cohesive event experiences.- Manage relationships with sponsors, influencers, UGC content creators, and performers to enhance event visibility and engagement.- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including digital content, advertisements, and printed collateral.- Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and traditional media.- Design and manage offline marketing initiatives such as posters, flyers, and billboards.- Organize and promote performances, workshops, and other event activities to drive attendee engagement.- Negotiate and establish barter deals with partners and vendors to maximize event resources and reduce costs.- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event marketing.- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Requirements

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events, festivals, or related industries.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for events and marketing.Benefits
