We also offer data-driven solutions and AI-based products for businesses operating in a wide range of product categories and service domains Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Lead long-term financial planning and risk management initiatives. Ensure effective financial decision-making to support business growth. 2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed monthly financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. 3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions. Conduct financial forecasting to guide strategic planning and resource allocation. Monitor and report on budget performance, addressing any variances. 4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required. 5. Contract Management: Oversee contracts with Clients & Vendors Identify & implement risk management measures in consultation 6. Tax Compliance: Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including GST, income tax, and other statutory requirements. Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, income tax returns, and other mandatory filings. Manage tax audits and resolve any tax-related issues or disputes. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. 7. Investment and Capital Management: Manage the company’s investment portfolio and make strategic investment decisions. Oversee capital structure and funding strategies to support business operations. 8. Cost Control and Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements. Implement process improvements and financial controls to enhance profitability. Monitor and manage operational expenses to ensure financial sustainability. 9. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and initiatives. Ensure the finance team remains up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. 10. Stakeholder Communication: Present financial results and strategic recommendations to the seniors Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters with investors, banks, and other external stakeholders. Communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Qualified Chartered
