Core Responsibilities

1. CRM Activities Management (Real Estate)

- Oversee the entire CRM operations, including:- Management of new bookings and amendments, including welcome calls.- Sending demand letters and payment receipts.- Issuing Allotment Letters and executing Agreements for customers.- Coordinating with Finance and Legal departments to address customer queries.- Documenting and filing all new bookings.- Responding to customer inquiries regarding demands, payments, documents, and account statements.

2. Channel Partner Document Processing

- Scrutinize and manage documentation for channel partners, including:- Filing and maintaining partner documents.- Overseeing contracting processes.- Managing commission payouts for channel partners.

3. System Data Management

- Ensure accurate data entry and processing within the system, including:- Inputting and processing new bookings and amendments.- Recording payment receipts.- Raising demands based on project milestones.- Updating system information related to channel partners, key dates (e.g., allotment letter and agreement dates), and other relevant data.

Experience and Qualifications

- Proven experience in CRM and sales operations within a reputable real estate company.- Familiarity with the Farvision system is preferred.- Strong command of written and spoken English.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Skills and Competencies

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
