Junior Architect – Architecture & Engineering Support (Full-Time) Location: Bangalore, India (Preferred) Type: Full-Time Company: Hybrize Design Inc. About Hybrize Design Inc. Hybrize Design Inc. is an engineer-led Architecture × Engineering firm delivering residential and small-to-mid commercial projects across Canada (AB & BC) . Our India team supports production, coordination, and permit documentation for international projects. Role Overview (IMPORTANT) This role is for a Junior Architect who will support architectural production and basic coordination under the guidance of the Senior Architect / Founder . This is NOT a creative-only role . It is a system-driven execution role focused on accuracy, speed, and learning Canadian permit workflows . Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Architectural Production (Primary)Prepare drawings for: Garages Backyard / Garden Suites Basement & Secondary Suites Duplex / Townhouse (low-rise) Assist in producing: Concept plans Permit drawing sets Revisions based on city comments 2️⃣ Coordination SupportAssist in coordinating with: Senior Architect Structural / Civil Engineers Implement red-mark corrections accurately Track revisions and drawing updates 3️⃣ Basic Project TrackingUpdate project status in ClickUp / tracker Maintain drawing registers Upload and organize files correctly 4️⃣ Learning & GrowthLearn: Canadian drawing standards Permit documentation logic Architecture–Engineering coordination Progress toward higher responsibility based on performance Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 1–4 years of professional experience Strong interest in international (Canada-based) projects Ability to work full-time, dedicated Technical Skills AutoCAD – Good working knowledge (mandatory) Revit – Basic to intermediate PDF markups / drawing revisions Understanding of basic construction drawings Soft Skills (CRITICAL) Good English communication Attention to detail Willingness to follow systems and instructions Open to feedback and corrections Reliable and accountable Who This Role Is NOT For ❌ Students / interns ❌ Part-time candidates ❌ Freelancers with multiple jobs ❌ People looking only for design creativity Compensation ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month Based on experience and skill level Performance-based growth to Intermediate Architect role Why Join Hybrize Exposure to real Canadian projects Clear systems and structured workflows Direct learning under an engineer-led firm Long-term growth path
