Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Plan and execute engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management for conflict resolution.
  • Conduct employee feedback sessions and drive a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct training programs on HR policies and workplace ethics.
  • Manage daily HR operations, including HRMS, documentation, and employee support.
  • Leverage HR technology for process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, or Employee Relations.
  • Extroverted, high-energy, and outgoing personality.
  • Strong ability to connect with employees at all levels and build relationships.
  • Excellent event planning, communication, and networking skills.
  • Understanding of employee engagement strategies, workplace culture, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, employee feedback tools, and communication platforms.
