About the Role:

We seek a detail-oriented
Finance & Operations Analyst
to manage our financial records, monitor real-time project expenses, manage time-linked costing, and transform data into actionable business insights.

Tally ERP
and Microsoft
Excel
.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain comprehensive financial records (journals, ledgers, balance sheets)
  2. Manage depreciation, asset tracking, and inventory valuation
  3. Create cost breakdowns for projects, phases, or teams
  4. Link employee timesheets to project costs and monitor performance metrics
  5. Provide timely operational and financial insights, addressing queries such as:

* Project assignments and duration

* Time allocation between creation and maintenance

* Recurring challenges impacting execution

* Financial projections and reports for leadership

  1. Regularly maintain and update Tally ERP records

  2. Familiarise oneself with and assist in implementing project planning tools like MS Project, ProjectLibre, etc.

Requirements:

* Bachelor of Arts in Finance
(BAF), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or Master of Commerce (M.Com) (preferred)

* 2–4 years of experience in core accounting and cost tracking

* Proficiency in
Tally ERP
and
Microsoft Excel
(including VLOOKUP, Pivot, and Charts)

* Familiarity with asset and inventory management

* Strong analytical mindset and structured working approach

* Willingness to learn new tools and take ownership of cross-functional data
