In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the core infrastructure and services that empower development teams across the organization. This position requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of modern Dev Ops principles. As a Technical Lead, you will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of a robust, scalable, and secure platform for our Saa S offerings. Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and direction for the Platform Engineering team, defining standards for architecture, design, and implementation. Lead the design and implementation of core infrastructure components, including artifact management, source control, and CI/CD pipelines. Develop and maintain automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment. Champion best practices for development, deployment, and operations while guiding both the team and cross-functional stakeholders. Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance platform performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance of platform services. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to deliver seamless integration of platform capabilities. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform architecture and components. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 7+ years of experience in platform engineering, Dev Ops, or full-stack engineering. Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation). Deep understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Circle CI). Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineers. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Experience with Git Ops methodologies. Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd). Familiarity with cloud security best practices. Contributions to open-source projects. Prior experience leading small, agile engineering teams.
