You will guide learners through our program offerings and play a key role in driving admissions growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective learners via calls and messagesUnderstand their career goals and recommend suitable programsPresent the course value proposition confidently and convincinglyEnsure strong follow-ups and pipeline managementMaintain CRM records, call logs, and conversion reportsAchieve monthly enrollment and revenue targetsCollaborate with the marketing & support team to improve lead quality and experienceEligibility & RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (Freshers with passion for sales are welcome)0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C SalesExcellent communication & negotiation skillsHigh confidence, persistence, and goal-driven mindsetHindi & English fluencyLaptop & Smartphone mandatoryCompensation & Benefits• ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)Attractive incentives after target achievementCareer growth into Team Lead & Sales Manager roles
