Role Overview

We are looking to hire an illustrator with a flair to create compelling Fashion Illustrations and who has a deep interest in Fashion, specifically Indian ethnic-wear. The candidate should also have some experience in visual retouching of photos. The Fashion Illustrator will keep an eye on the fashion industry and research trends spot trends and interpret specific placement graphic print and all over prints trends for each season.

Requirements (Must Have):

Should have in-depth experience in graphic design field, specifically related to fashion illustrationsStrong Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator expertiseShould be highly proficient in rendering digital Fashion IllustrationsA very good sense of colour, texture, visual perspective, lines and shading are important, as are personal style and creativityShould be able to communicate fashion ideas through drawing, painting, illustration, sketching etc. using various mediums including paint, charcoals, coloured pencils, and mainly computer software programs.Interest in FashionWorks independently without a lot of oversight and has a strong work ethicDynamic and flexible attitude to fit the work environment.Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and quick turnarounds

Requirements (Preferable):

Should also have good communication skills and experience in dealing with stakeholders.Expertise in CLO3D and Coral DrawExperience in content creation (even if for advertising), is a plusIntermediate level, English communication, reading, comprehension and writing skillsShould be proactive and good at multitaskerA Creative thinkerInterest in Indian ethnic-wear fashion and an understanding of trends, fashion content

Work Experience

In depth experience in Graphic Designing, Fashion IllustrationsExperience creating/designing content related to Luxury FashionDetailed expertise in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe PhotoshopPreferred - 1 to 3 years of total experience in Graphic Design or as an Illustrator. Fresher’s can apply, decision would be based on the Portfolio and Interviews

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferable)• Formal training in a Design School (Preferable)
