We are hiring for SiteTracker Developer having 7+ Years of Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance for
    SiteTracker implementations and/or customizations
  • Provide the necessary guidance to estimate user stories
  • Clarify any ambiguity with the user story requirements and baseline the estimation
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance and co-ordination for development, integration, data management, and application testing.
  • Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment

Key Performance Indicators
:

  • Customer sign off on technical design & solutions provided
  • Successful delivery of engagements
  • Feedback from customer IT/business and TCS teams

Position Specification:

Qualifications, Experience & Specialist Skills:

Essential:

  • Understanding of Field service business
  • Excellent knowledge of
    Salesforce, SiteTracker -Configuration & Customization
  • Strong SFDC Development Experience on both Classic(
    Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL)
    and
    Lightning(Aura & LWC)
    .
  • Integration skills -
    REST,SOAP
  • Experience on Flows, Process builder and Trigger development
  • 7+ years IT/FSM/SFDC
    experience preferable
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as Salesforce / SiteTracker Technical Lead
  • Should be certified on Salesforce with at least Platform Developer I and Admin
  • Should be certified on SiteTracker
  • Good working functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce products
  • Strong understanding of deployment processes and tools regarding Salesforce like
    SFDX, Git
  • Strong understanding of data migration tools and processes regarding Salesforce

Management Skills:

  • Able to guide & help the team for successful delivery of SiteTracker engagements
  • Experience working in a Global delivery environment, preferably in client facing roles and representing remotely located teams
  • Experience in managing a team with minimum size of 10-12 members

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication – written and oral – and able to effectively manage the relationships
  • Problem solver able to think outside the box to new and repeat problem situations
  • Collaboration – work effectively with Practice/project teams to ensure best outcome for customer and TCS
