Job Requirement: Office Administrator & Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled professional to manage office administration tasks while also supporting digital marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in both administration and digital marketing tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration and/or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to manage administrative operations, vendor coordination, and team support.
  • Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and online campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:
  • MS Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel (data reports, pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, and email marketing software.
  • Familiarity with website content management (WordPress or similar) is a plus.
  • Administrative Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations.
  • Vendor coordination, documentation, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and correspondence drafting ability.
  • Marketing Skills:
  • Ability to create and execute social media strategies to grow online presence.
  • Experience in running ad campaigns, creating engaging content, and monitoring analytics.
  • Knowledge of branding, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
  • Educational Qualification:
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Additional Attributes:
  • Proactive, creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹19,900.00 per month
