Job Requirement: Office Administrator & Digital Marketing Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled professional to manage office administration tasks while also supporting digital marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in both administration and digital marketing tools.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration and/or digital marketing roles.
- Proven ability to manage administrative operations, vendor coordination, and team support.
- Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and online campaigns.
- Technical Skills:
- MS Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel (data reports, pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, and email marketing software.
- Familiarity with website content management (WordPress or similar) is a plus.
- Administrative Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations.
- Vendor coordination, documentation, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and correspondence drafting ability.
- Marketing Skills:
- Ability to create and execute social media strategies to grow online presence.
- Experience in running ad campaigns, creating engaging content, and monitoring analytics.
- Knowledge of branding, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
- Educational Qualification:
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Additional Attributes:
- Proactive, creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹9, ₹19,900.00 per month
