Ship measurable results: traffic, leads, and revenue.Experience: 2–3 years in content + performance + local/field marketing.Location: Hyderabad (on-site)Employment Type: Full-time.Core responsibilities- Plan and run quarterly marketing calendars across You Tube, Instagram, Linked In, and blog- Own paid campaigns end-to-end: budgets, creatives, audiences, landing pages, tracking, and reporting- Build local marketing flywheel: store events, campus outreach, partner tie-ups, community meets- Operate the content pipeline: briefs, scripts, thumbnails, posts, and publishing cadence- Manage CRM and lead funnels; tighten attribution from ad/view → inquiry → order- Maintain brand voice, visual consistency, and approval flows- Coordinate with Sales, Ops, and ERP teams for offers, inventory pushes, and launch timelines- Analyze performance; iterate fast on hooks, creatives, targeting, and pages- Own listings and reputation: Maps, reviews, forums, creator/affiliate relationsKPIs- Qualified leads (Mo M growth)- Cost per result for Digital Ads- CTR, CVR, watch time, and subscriber growth- Event footfall and partner-sourced leads- Organic search visibility on priority SKUs and categoriesRequired skills- Google Sheets: dashboards, QUERY/FILTER, pivoting, basic Apps Script familiarity- Adobe tools for content production (Photoshop/Premiere/Illustrator or equivalents)- Performance marketing ops: Meta/Google setup, pixels/Tags, UTMs, conversions, lookalikes, retargeting- Strong copy and brief writing; tight execution and version control- Understanding of SEO and Keyword Research toolsBig plus- PC build experience and/or technical background (components, SKUs, specs, benchmarks)Compensation & benefits- ₹4–9 LPA (based on fit and experience)- Annual performance bonus- Health insurance- Training and development
